2. Registration and Accounts

  • Account Creation: To book classes or purchase packages, you must create an account with our booking system, Wellness Living. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices for classes, packages, and memberships are listed on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Payment: Payment for classes and services must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods through our booking system.

  • Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Class Policies

  • Booking and Cancellation: You must book your classes in advance through our booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.

  • Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class, and your session will be considered a late cancellation.

  • Wait list: If a class is full, you can join the wait list. You will be notified if a spot becomes available and must confirm your attendance promptly.

5. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclosure: You agree to disclose any relevant health information to your instructor before participating in classes. This includes any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs.

  • Safety: You agree to follow all instructions given by the instructor and to use the equipment safely and responsibly. If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop the exercise immediately and inform the instructor.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect: You agree to treat instructors, staff, and other clients with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your membership or access to services.

  • Hygiene: Please wear clean attire and grip socks for all classes. Clean and sanitize equipment after use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the O2 Pilates website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of O2 Pilates and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

O2 Pilates is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in our classes or use of our services. You assume full responsibility for your participation and use of our facilities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
