Level 1-3
An Intermediate level class for clients with a basic understanding of pilates terminology and experience using a reformer. Our Dynamic Flow Class offers a balanced workout at a slightly faster pace. Classical pilates exercise flows with modern variations to promote balance and strength. This class combines fundamental exercises with more challenging variations, promoting progression, and confidence in your practice
Who It's For:
Perfect for individuals with tight lower backs, legs or even athletes who need an extra stretch. This class focuses on improving functional mobility and stability through specific Pilates exercises. -
Ideal for newcomers and beginners. Familiarize yourself with the reformer, props and pilates terminology. Understanding the machine and resistance will allow you to focus on the movement and get the most out of each class. Foundations Class focuses on the basic principles of Pilates. This slower-paced session emphasizes proper form, alignment, and breath control, ensuring a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.

This class is perfect for those looking to boost their fitness level with a high-energy routine Using the reformer’s jump board, this low impact, core focused strength workout enhances coordination, and agility while providing a fun cardio experience. This class offers an effective way to achieve a leaner, stronger body. Prior reformer experience is recommended.

Focus on strengthening and stabilizing your core with our Pelvic Floor Class. This class targets the pelvic floor muscles through specific Pilates exercises designed to improve pelvic health, support, and function. Ideal for postpartum recovery, perimenopause, injury prevention, and enhancing overall core stability. Saturated with technical information, classes focus particular attention on postural alignment, pelvic floor conditioning, and prevention and treatment of diastasis. Whether you’re newly pregnant or recovering from a vaginal or Cesarean birth, these classes will leave you energized, educated, and empowered with the support of our passionate instructors. This class is designed by our instructor Morgan, a licensed physical therapist.

Improve flexibility through active mobility exercise to promote muscle lengthening. Functional mobility exercises to reduce neural tension. Carefully sequenced to improve your overall flexibility at your own pace, you’ll spend the first portion of class building heat throughout your body and then seamlessly flow through a series of gentle and deep muscular and neural stretches. Connect with your breath, mind, and body as you release tension through each stretch. Your body might need it more than you realize! *We often recommend taking a Dynamic flow class and follow it up with this class especially on in the evenings
