STUDIO POLICIES

  • 12-Hour Notice Required
To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any class cancellations. Cancellations made within 12 hours will lose your class credit and a $10 fee will be incurred. This policy helps us manage class sizes and allows wait listed clients the opportunity to attend.

  • Arrive On Time
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class starts. Late arrivals disrupt the class and compromise the safety and experience of all participants. If you are not present at the start of class, your spot can be given to a client waiting on standby after the 5 minute period lapses. If you think you will be beyond 5 minutes arrival, please text or email us at info@o2-pilates.com

  • Join the Waitlist
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you'll be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text. Please confirm your attendance promptly. If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity. If you do not confirm being promoted from the wait list within 4 hours, the next client will be notified.

Memberships are available in various packages to suit your needs. Please note that memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships can be paused or extended for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

  • Grip Socks Required
For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required during all Pilates classes. They help provide stability on the reformer and prevent slipping. If you don't have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Your Well-being First
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs before the class begins. If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during the class, please stop immediately and inform the instructor.

  • No Refunds
All class packages, memberships, and drop-in sessions are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Special Considerations
If you are pregnant or recovering from an injury, please inform your instructor before the class. We offer modified exercises to accommodate your condition and ensure a safe and effective workout.
